I had the pleasure of living in the beautiful city of Seattle, Washington for 2 years, and in my time there I had some AMAZING food! Here’s a list of my favorite local places to eat during my time there.

Tammy’s Deli and Bakery
Tammy’s offers a wide selection of Vietnamese meals and fresh boboa teas/smoothies. Home to the best Bahn Mi’s (Vietnamese sandwich) in town. Their prices are very affordable, and products are consistent. They make their bread fresh each morning, so I recommend going by 2 pm or earlier for the best selection.
Geraldine’s Counter Restaurant
Open 7 days a week from 10-3 pm. Geraldine’s is known for its hearty breakfast and lunch comfort foods served in a diner-style environment. This is a small family-owned restaurant with the most delicious French toast and pancakes. Breakfast toppings are home-made jelly’s and jams that change throughout the week depending on which fresh local fruits are delivered to them. Though breakfast is usually my go-to option here, they offer some great lunch options as well, I’ve tried the chicken pot pie and fish n chips, both are absolutely delicious.
Calozzi’s Cheesesteaks
THE BEST cheesesteaks in town, hands down! They only serve cheesesteaks, chips, and bottled drinks. Understandably so, they have perfected this sandwich. They give you a hearty amount of steak on a freshly toasted hoagie. My go-to is “the Donnie” with provolone and a side of cherry peppers, costing about $11. You absolutely get what you pay for, these are large and flavorful sandwiches.
Pegasus Pizza & Pasta
This pizzeria offers a beautiful view of Alki beach with indoor and outdoor dining options. Pegasus offers a pizza you will not forget. The pizza crust is buttery yet crispy and is cooked to a perfect thickness throughout with no doughy taste. perfect place for a relaxed evening date. /its close proximity allows you to cross the street and enjoy a nice walk along the beach after.
Pho 99 Vietnamese Noodle House
The one-stop-shop for all your favorite Vietnamese cuisine. Pho 99 has some of the best noodle soup I’ve had in Seattle. If you’re a fan of pho, then you know the perfect broth makes or breaks the dish. Their dishes are always made fresh and full of flavor. My go-to orders include: beef stew with bun, beef pho, spring rolls, and passion fruit or jackfruit smoothie with tapioca peals 😉 The food is always consistent, and the service is the cherry on top!
